CANDIDATES – How do you help me find the right position?

A:

We will personally interview you when you apply in our office. One of our placement coordinators will match your skills with the needs of our numerous clients, so you can achieve your career goals.

Q:

CANDIDATES – What are the hours that I can apply?

A:

We can meet with you Monday through Friday from 8:00AM-3:00PM during our daily application hours.

Q:

CANDIDATES – What do I need to bring to apply?

A:

We require 2 forms of ID, such as driver’s license, social security card, birth certificate or passport. Everyone is e-verified, and you must have at least 2 of these items.

Q:

CANDIDATES – What kind of jobs are available at Purcell Staffing?

A:

We offer accounting, general office services (receptionists, file clerks, office assistants), computer aided design, legal support, marketing support, warehouse (production, assembly, distribution, and quality control), supervisors and management, records management, printing, engineering and technical support.

CANDIDATES – Where are your positions located?

A:

We have positions located throughout Louisville and the Southern Indiana area. We also provide permanent placements for companies located outside of our geographical area.

Q:

CLIENTS – After placing an order, how soon will I receive feedback?

A:

Once we know your needs, we respond quickly. Within an hour or less, we will contact you and provide you with feedback on your order.

Q:

CLIENTS – How am I guaranteed a qualified employee?

A:

Here is our 24 Hour Satisfaction Guarantee: If we are notified within 24 hours of your dissatisfaction, we will either replace the employee or there will be no charge for the employee.

CLIENTS – How do I get started with Purcell Staffing?

A:

It is very simple. All you need to do is call our office at 502.968.5022, e-mail or click the client button on our website and complete a job order. Our staff is available to assist you with the process.

CLIENTS – How do you screen your applicants?

A:

Each applicant is personally interviewed, evaluated, reference checked, background checked and drug tested.

Q:

CLIENTS – What about bonding and what employee expenses do you cover?

A:

Each employee is bonded. We are fully insured with general liability, fidelity bonding, and excess liability coverage to our clients. We adhere to all federal, state and local requirements regarding employment law. We cover federal taxes, interviewing expenses, recruiting expenses, social security taxes, unemployment and workers' compensation.

CLIENTS – What if I need help after 5:00PM Monday through Friday?

A:

After hours, your call will be received by a staff member who will personally help you with your staffing needs. Orders can also be made via the client section of our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

A:

Purcell provides staffing needs for short term, long term, temp to perm and permanent positions. We have jobs ranging from light industrial to engineering.
